This past summer we put our house on the market, and attempted to sell it by ourselves. We quickly realized how much work it takes to sell a house. With four children and the two of us working full time we hired Paul Aslaber to help us. We were reluctant to use a Real Estate agent because of high pressure tactics that many Real Estate agents use. We chose Paul because his approach was different. My wife and I sold our home in Massachusetts and we were thinking about moving to Phoenix. We saw Paul Aslaber's ad in one of those free reale state magazines. We called his number on Easter Sunday. We didn't really want to talk to anyone, we just wanted to leave a message to see how much a house was selling for. Amazingly, Paul answered the phone. We were shocked to find someone working on Easter Sunday after 5PM. We made an appointment to see a few homes with Paul later that month. When we flew out to Phoenix, Paul met us at our hotel. We told him what we were looking for and what our price range was. We were only in town for 2 days, but we probably looked at 50+ homes.
